Kerry Roop’s Superkicks for America is a family owned and operated business that has been serving Rochester and the surrounding areas for more than 35 years. As a resident and business owner in Rochester, Kerry Roop has established strong ties to the community and has a vested interest in seeing his students excel in everything they do.

Mr. Roop’s primary focus is on the family, and as such his style of teaching and instruction lends itself to the philosophy that it is better to build children then repair adults. In taking this approach we are better equipped to build a strong foundation for healthy lifestyle.

At Superkicks for America it is our goal is to provide our students with a safe and respectful environment that will enhance their self-confidence, self-development, self-awareness, self-reliance, and self-defense through training and camaraderie giving them the tools necessary to be successful in achieving their goals in both Tae Kwon Do and in life.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean style of Martial Arts that has been practiced for thousands of years and is the largest practicing  martial art in the world. Translated to “The Way of the Hand and Foot” Tae Kwon Do contains a balance of strength, speed, flexibility and can be identified by its high kicks. Tae Kwon Do can be practiced by all ages and fitness levels.

Classes are offered six days a week, Monday through Saturday, and students are encouraged to come as often as possible.
